地元鹿児島の淡口醤油。 甘すぎない程よい甘味で、料理の素材の色を引き立てます。 名称:淡口?油(混合) 原材料名:アミノ酸液、食塩、小麦、脱脂加工大豆、果糖ブドウ糖液糖、 添加物:調味料(アミノ酸等)、甘味料(ステビア、甘草)、酸味料、ビタミンB1 (原材料の一部に小麦、大豆を使用しています。) 保存方法:直射日光を避け、常温で保存のこと。 朱華(はねず)とは 黄色がかった薄い赤色のことです。 『万葉集』にもその名が見られる由緒ある伝統色で、他に 『波泥孺』『唐棣花』『棠棣』『翼酢』などの字が当てられる こともありました。日本書紀によると天武天皇の頃、親王 や諸王の衣装の色として定められ、3年ほどの短い期間で すが『紫色』の上に朱華の服が着られていたという記述が みられます。また、それを継承した持統天皇の色制でも親 王の色とされており、平安時代には『禁色 きんじき』の ひとつでした。 ========================================================================= According to Nihon Shoki, as Emperor Tenmu, it is stipulated as the color of costumes of the royal prince and the kings, although it is a short period of about three years, there is a description that Hanezu’ s clothes were wearing on “purple” .
